Shift: Day Shift(10 AM to 07 PM)

Offered CTC: 1.5 LPA to 07 LPA-

We are looking for a passionate IT sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as an IT sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Responsibilities :

1) Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

2) Researching prospects and generating IT leads.

3) Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

4) Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

5) Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

6) Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

7) Building and maintaining a CRM database.

8) Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

9) Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements:

1) Hands-on experience with Lead Creation & closure of IT-Sales.

2) Excellent customer service and sales skills.

3) Strong verbal and written communicator.

4) Excellent phone and presentation skills.

5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

6) Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
