Qualification Required - Any Graduation / MBA (Marketing)
Skills Required - Good Communication Skills, Good Convincing power.
Salary - Hike as per current CTC.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify New Sales leads.
- Field Sales
- Prospect for new Clients by networking.
- Cold Calling.
- Identify potential Clients and the decision-makers within the Client organization.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and Company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Any other Job duties as assign by the Management time to time
Desired Skills :
- Graduation and Post-Graduation.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal) + interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated & self-driven.
- Good Convincing power.
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing.
