Executive - Sales - ISO Certification (5-7 yrs)

This profile is for ISO certification sales and hence, only sales candidates from ISO certification industry will be looked at. Candidate should be willing to travel within Bangalore for work.

Scope & Accountability :

- Accountable for achievement of assigned sales targets.

Duties :

- Responsible for achieving monthly targets as assigned by management

- Generate successful enquiries through B2B calling, cold calling, walk in visits & referrals.

- Prepare & present sales proposals to newer & existing clients

- Provide monthly sales reports to Head - Certification Business

- Follow-up & maintain details of clients

- Assist in audit scheduling & delivery of certification documents.

- Assist in Payment collection

Qualification & Experience :

1. Minimum graduation from a university.

2. A minimum of 03 plus years of work experience in ISO certification & training sales.

3. Should be locally based in Bangalore & willing to travel across states when required.

4. Holds a valid driving license & has a two wheeler.

5. Should know English, Hindi & local language - Kannada

6. Good knowledge of MS Office.

Position 2: GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) Trainer - (Pharmaceutical (testing labs) industry and not manufacturing industry).

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience only from Laboratory background.

CTC - Max - 15 lakhs

Candidate should QA/QC background experience with GMP or cgmp training,

Job Description :

Preparing monthly CAPA, Investigation, Deviation, Change Management and other GXP training schedule for Pharma Team.

1. Develop 6 member adult facing team with good GMP knowledge and skills.

2. Summarizing audit observation and categorise the observations - and develop appropriate training program to prevent / overcome such category of observations.

3. First 6 months review and approve CAPA, Investigation, Deviation, Change Management along with case study weekly trainings

4. Measure before and after training effectiveness by comparing pervious 1 year data - KPI > 50% reduction in audit observation, > 80% reduction is GDP observations.

5. Develop idiot proof templates for the lab operation to minimize document errors along with operations team.

Required skills :

- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.

- Schedule appropriate training sessions.

- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.

- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

- Supervise training budgets.

- Assess employees- skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.

- Ensure appropriate and effective induction trainings.

- Prepare training materials such as training module, presentations etc.

- Train and guide new employees.

- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
