Sales Executive

Responsibilities for Sales Executive :

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

- Maintain effective communication channels with each client and establish a strong relationship with them.

- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities

- Research and analyze sales options

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

- Build and maintain professional networks

- Coordinate with the marketing team to check the regular emails campaigns/updates on their customer database

- Coordinate with the product team to check the regular product changes and update clients about the new features or products been added to the website

- Maintain the quality of customer database online at the backend with sales person name assigned

- Provide feedback of customers to content, marketing and product team on the display of content & features usability and suggest required changes

- Achieve monthly/quarterly or yearly closure targets and report major problems to upper management

- Maintain monthly MIS and update it to the HR and senior management

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of products orders/ services

- Maintain trackers, and reports for client interaction, product/ service, payments etc.

Qualifications for Sales Executive :

- Strong Communication Skills

- Strong Understanding skills to understand client's requirement

- Basic knowledge of Computer software

- Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

- Ability to create and deliver presentations

- Fast learner and quick thinker

- Passionate about sales

- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

Annual CTC Range : 3 to 3.6 LPA
