Executive - Sales - Interior Designing (3-4 yrs)
Hiring Sales Executive - Interior / Furniture/Architecture
Experience - 3 years
CTC -30 to 40k
Location - Banshankri Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a dynamic profile with Interior designing & Architectural background with sales experience.
As a Sales Executive for Interior Design Projects, your responsibility includes :
- Identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions.
- Prospect and acquire new clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of New Client Acquisition, number of projects and value and build a robust pipeline of Business Leads
- Be part of the Project Team at the pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive closure
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Ensure those client requirements are captured, understood, agreed and delivered in a manner that creates positive client perception by engaging in constant expectation setting with client organization at all levels required.
- Ready to travel
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should be experienced in Interior Designing Sales with knowledge of designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
- Knowledge & Experience in Large Residential Projects
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
