Job Description :
- Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up
- Keeping track of calls, sales, and other helpful information
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
- Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- Managing customers and fulfillment of client's requirements
- Do daily basis updating and keep track of all activities as per the manager's guidance.
- Communicating with target audiences and working customer relationships
- Be a great Leader & Team player when your presence is required.
- Answering client queries about project specifications and their queries
- Excellent communication & Negotiation skills
- Critical thinking & Decision-making skills in the required field of work
