Executive - Sales - Insurance (4-6 yrs)
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Build Health Focused Agency Force
- Achieve Budgeted Sales Targets (Retail Health Products only)
- Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
- Handholding of Advisors
- Will be responsible for Training of Advisors
- Ownership and Servicing of Advisors
- Drive Advisor activation and progression.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- Experience in GI/HI industry
