To lead, challenge and be challenged in a marketing strategy or business development through strategic alliances. Creating a process-oriented ecosystem. Analyze and improve marketing, sales & operational performance. Develop products, markets and relationships.

Responsibilities : 

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them

- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts

- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business

- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications for Sales Manager:

- Bachelor's degree in any Stream

- 2 years of experience in sales

- Strong communication skills

- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

- Excellent leadership skills

- Experience setting sales goals

- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

- Setting and monitoring sales objectives.

- Be able to provide mentorship.
