Sales Executive
As our Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a solid and sustainable sales strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit Business Associate and advisors.
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly advisors- meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
- Join field work along with advisors to source insurance policy.
- Strategic planning to target the right set of agents.
- Training and development of agents.
Requirements Skills :
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Friendly attitude & relationship Skills
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Minimum 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
