What you will do :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit Business Associate and advisors.
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly advisors meetings.
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
- Join field work along with advisors to source insurance policy
Required Candidate profile :
- Require minimum 2 years of sales & Marketing experience.
- Good communications skills.
- Any graduate.
Age : 22 to 37.
- Local candidate with good local network.
