Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We have urgent requirement for RDM (Recruitment and Development Manager) for Kotak Life (Insurance Industry).
Job functions:
- Recruiting prospective life advisors
- Train and motivate them
- Driving sales through life advisors,for the company
- Goal setting, reviewing and assist them
Criteria :
- Ability to handle a team of advisors
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in field sales for Bachelor's and 1 year for MBAs
Aged 25-40 years
- Should not be a job hopper
- Should be willing to do sales work
