Recruit Business Associate and advisors.
Coordinate for the regulatory trainings.
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly advisors meetings.
Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
Join field work along with advisors to source insurance policy
Required Candidate profile :
Require min 2 years of sales & Marketing experience.
Good communications skills.
Any graduate.
Age : 24 to 38.
