Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Our sales team is seeking a diligent and client-focused individual to join us as a sales Executive right now.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Finding advisors on a commission basis through personal connections.
- Makes contact with potential customers to discuss insurance policies and products.
- Encourage advisors to generate sales leads.
- Assemble, train, inspire, and counsel a group of sales reps.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establishing trusting relationships with the team and the clients.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate/MBA
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
