Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Brief :
- Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
Required candidate :
- Age: below 39
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in the Sales
- The candidate must be okay with a field sales role
- Good Communication & presentable
- Having Own Vehicle is an added advantage
Role :
- Responsible for generating sales with new/existing customers.
- Developing opportunities with new customers
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile.
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Follow up on the database/leads provided by Company.
