Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
The Job Role and responsibilities:
- Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets
- Recruitment and management of agency channel team members
- Training, motivating, and developing of team members
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Required Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 to 4 years Of Any Field Sales
Age: Minimum 21 Years, Maximum 38 Years
Two-wheelers Wheeler Required
