Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
- Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
Requirements :
- Experience: 2 + years of experience in insurance sales.
- Min. Graduate with min 6 months of experience in sales.
- Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localites, open to frontline sales.
