- We are looking for highly motivated Sales Managers for India's leading Insurance Company
CTC : up 4.00 LPA
Position : Sales Manager
Reporting Relationship : Branch Manager
Purpose of Role : Recruit MDRT certified advisors and Source Business for the company
Job Responsibilities :
- Select and engage and recruit financial advisors in accordance with the plan.
- Ensure that the productivity of Active consultants is kept at the planned level.
- Create personal connections with people in the corporate world to make work easier.
- Hold regular meetings with reporting agents to discuss how they are doing and to provide them advice.
- Bring in new business and generate revenue.
- Conduct a weekly review with the reporting manager
- Participate in all management meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to all business laws and procedures
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of field sales experience
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Result orientation
- Customer centricitys
