Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to join our team at Life Insurance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of insurance agents and driving sales growth for our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling.
- Meet with potential sales consultants to understand their insurance policy and provide information about Life insurance products and services
- Explain the features and benefits of Life insurance policies and answer customer questions
- Follow up with potential customers to address any concerns or questions they may have and close sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge of company's products and services
- Adhere to all regulatory and company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Min graduation in any stream.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in field sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
