Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
As an Insurance Sales Executive , come work with us! You will locate the ideal coverage for your clients' needs, inform them about our insurance products, and cultivate enduring relationships to ensure their pleasure.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Create new business prospects and lead generation
- Determine the insurance needs of clients and suggest suitable plans to guarantee sufficient coverage.
- Educate prospective clients on various life insurance products.
- Monitor agency managers' performance on a regular basis.
- Achieve individual and team target
- Making sure clients are happy.
Skills and qualifications:
- At ease conversing with customers over the phone or in person
- Target market knowledge
Required Candidate:
- Pays 2.75 to 3.15 LPA + Incentive
- Age range: 21 to 38 years old
- Requires degree
Candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in field sales are preferred.
