Job Description :
- Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants
- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants(agents) to sell Insurance
- Meeting with perspective customers with FCs to sell insurance solution.
- Providing pre & post sales Support
- Ensuring quality of business
Candidates Requirement :
Qualification: Any Graduation degree
- Previous work experience in Sales and Marketing in any sectors
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
