Aditya Birla Capital is hiring 2000+ Freshers for Relationship Executive - Direct PAN India
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and taking them to closure by working along with Aditya Birla Capital Operation and Sales backend team.
2. Responsible for achieving the sales target set by the company.
3. The Candidate will be assigned or tagged with the Aditya Birla Capital Branch and he needs to sell the Insurance of Birla Sun Life Insurance to the existing or ex-customers.
4. Relationship management with stakeholders.
5. Maintain persistence for the policies procured to achieve the profitability of the team.
Eligibility: Any Graduates (Immediate Joiners Only)
CTC: Up to 2.5 Lakh / Annum + Incentives
Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn incentives of 2% to 10% of their achievement based on performance
Location: PAN India
Note: This is an on-field sales job and you will be required to travel within the city.
