Executive - Sales - Industrial Product (2-6 yrs)

The team members should be graduates, with at least 2 years experience in selling any product or service connected with sports, amusement or leisure. Experience of machinery or components is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the machinery sales market.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales goals.

- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in machinery sales or a similar field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in selling machinery or industrial equipment.

- Knowledge of the machinery industry and market trends.

- Relevant certifications or training in sales techniques.
