The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Cordelia Cruises and generate interest and close the sales on call.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
- Identify and understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services to address customer inquiries.
- Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products/services.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development.
- Provide regular reports on call outcomes, sales conversions, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain professionalism, positivity, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to position them effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support or Telesales role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
- You have working knowledge of creative and content creation
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
