Job Title : HORECA Sales executive (Ice Cream Manufacturing)

Company Overview : We are a renowned ice cream manufacturing company specializing in producing high-quality ice creams for hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses (HORECA). Committed to excellence in taste, quality, and service, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Representative to expand our presence in the HORECA sector.

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

1. Sales and Business Development :

- Identify and target potential clients within the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.

2. Product Promotion :

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of ice cream products and highlight their unique features and benefits.

- Educate clients on product specifications, pricing, and promotional offers to drive sales and increase market penetration.

3. Account Management :

- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and feedback, and provide timely solutions to address any issues or concerns.

4. Market Analysis :

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to the HORECA sector.

- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.

5. Sales Reporting :

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and goals.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to optimize sales strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or HORECA sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Attributes :

- Knowledge of the HORECA industry, including understanding of customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Experience : 1 to 3 years

CTC : 20,000 to 30,000
