Executive - Sales - Home Textiles (2-4 yrs)
- Must have at least 2 years experience in home textiles industry with special emphasis on mattress selling and handling distribution network for the market of Maharashtra and Mumbai
- Must be extremely sales oriented and target driven
- Should be able to cope with and meet deadlines
- Should have worked or should be currently working in any of the mattress companies who are in circulation in the market
- Should be tech -savy and should not have any language barriers
- Should be extremely good at rapport building, nurturing relationships and fostering a relationship of trust.
- Should be self - motivated and have the willingness to take on and overcome challenges
- Should be able to show consistency in sales achievement and continuously strive to do better
- Must be willing to travel occasionally whenever there is an opportunity to establish market presence in a particular region.
- Resolve any issues faced by the customers
- Promote Hush schemes in the market to ensure maximum penetration
- Present company in best possible manner and protect company interests at all time.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
- Keeping track of competitor activity to ensure that we remain competitive in the marketplace
- Analysing sales data at regular intervals to identify weaknesses in strategy while also looking for opportunities for growth
Salary:
- Apart from a monthly net take home of Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn fixed monthly net take home), there would be
- Sales incentives month - month based on target achievement ( Maximum payout will be through variable)
- Conveyance allowance and Tour related allowance to support the area sales manager to establish a presence and drive sales in the region i.e. Mumbai and the rest of Maharashtra
