Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven "Inside Sales Executive" to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing strong customer relationships, identifying potential leads, and closing sales deals through phone, email, and other communication channels. If you are a skilled communicator, have a passion for sales and people interaction, and are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including CRM, external platforms, digital/ online research, databases, and social media.

Lead Management : Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM tool - Zoho.

Customer Outreach : Initiate and maintain regular communication with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication tools.

Sales Presentations : Create compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to persuade customers.

Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction through our offerings.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with various teams, including sales, product, and operations departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Market Research : Stay up-to-date with trends, market conditions, and competition.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven track record in inside sales or a similar role of 1 to 2 years.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
