The Job

Your responsibilities will include :

- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to promote the organization's services.

- Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries from existing customers regarding service.

- Understanding the features and benefits of the services offered by the healthcare organization.

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending services that best meet their needs.

- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the healthcare organization.

- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the services purchased.

- Collaborating with other members of the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.

Ideal Candidate

- You have minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.

- You have strong verbal communication skills.

- You enjoy working in highly competitive, fast-paced environment

- You have good planning and organizational skills.

- You have ability to anticipate problems and think ahead.
