The Job :

Our client is seeking an energetic Sales Officer to oversee and lead our B2C sales initiatives in specific geographic regions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including activities like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Regularly conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials and promotions.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have 0 to 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Healthcare industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You have 0-2 years of experience in sales in B2C preferably from the healthcare, or retail industry.

- You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with clients and colleagues.

- You have ability to think strategically and devise innovative sales strategies.

- You have familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- You have willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area.

- You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
