Executive - Sales - General Trade - Ayurvedic Products (2-4 yrs)

This role requires the incumbent will independently Pilot Launch the company product in the market in Mumbai.

This is a pilot Product Launch Project for the Thane region, Candidate should have prior experience in new product launch

Vacancy - 3 - (Mumbai Western, Mumbai Central, Pune)

a) Independently lead execution of key brand activities

b) Successful Launch and Sales accountability

c) Anchor the Ayurveda Launch and be the single source of contact.

d) Appointment of Stakeholders (DB- s/Seller) towards representation and Coverage.

e) New Sales Initiatives: Reach out to Traders, dealers, and MT Retailers; Identify potential bits/route, Retailer relationship development in the assigned territory

f) Achieve budgeted sales & revenue targets by booking new sales.

g) Organize sales database across assigned territory to ascertain market potential, competition, and trends.

Experience & Skills :

- Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in content

- Ayurveda and Experience with Clear preference for candidates having Chemist Channel Experience (New Launch/NPD will have an edge)

- Project management / Multi-tasking

- Analytical skills and attention to detail

- Good team working skills proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Analytical-minded effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Possess strong communication skills

- Proactive, result-driven, and presentable
