One of our India's branded leading Footwear industry is looking out for Sales Representative.
 
Below is the Job Description :

Job Purpose : Domestic Business of Safety Shoes and Office Shoes

Function : Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities :

- Preparation of the Region Business Plan for the assigned business areas (Safety Footwear) in line with the Business Strategy.

- Achieve targets for business acquisition, revenue and profits for assigned office location.

- Prepare comprehensive database of the various Industries / Security Agency / Housekeeping Agency, etc., within the region of potential customers.

- Prepare and adhere to a customer contact plan.

- Monitor & analyse customer satisfaction on design, time, cost, delivery and quality issues. Identify areas for corrective / preventive action.

- Manage delivery schedules.

- Develop new markets for business growth in association with the marketing team.

- Ensure regularity of customer sales calls / sales review meetings and document/report the same.

- Develop/ Implement promotional initiatives

- Desired Profile Marketing Safety Shoes and office shoes

Educational Qualifications : Graduate

Relevant years of Experience : Experience of 2 years in a related field (marketing, customer service, sales)

Competencies :

- Planning & Organizing - ability to develop strategies and plans for achieving goals and anticipate road blocks to goal attainment. It includes thinking ahead and identifying possible barriers or problems which will affect the completion of work, monitoring progress of plans and making adjustments when necessary. It also includes using an effective methodology to determine priorities, set goals, create a plan, and take action and measure results.

- Achievement Orientation - working to achieve results and improve individual and organizational contribution. Working well or for surpassing a standard of excellence. It implies building long term or on-going relationships with clients or stakeholders (e.g. someone internal or external to the organization, on whom your work has an impact).

Industry Preference : Preferably in Shoe Industry
