Executive - Sales - Food Processing Firm (3-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To be responsible for sales and achieving targets in the area/region.
- Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from each institution, Distributors - business channel partners/Hotels/Direct Selling.
- To bring new business and also maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
- Sales forecasting and Budgeting
- Involve in sales and marketing programs, keep track of the cost and effectiveness of programs and activities against the goals.
- Work with the distributor and Sub-distributors' sales team to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects i.e distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience (Food Industry) in HORECA / B2B segments
- Handled Institutional/Retail/HoReCa Sales
- Excellent communication, influencing skill, sales skills should be good and impressive.
- Ability to strategize & analyze reports
- Excellent knowledge of market trends
