Executive - Sales - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for candidates for FMCG sales and marketing
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating with the existing dealers.
- Update dealers about the change in product price new product launch.
- Organizing events at the retail and Modern trade outlets place to attract customers.
- Expand distribution network by new distributor appointment & increasing the Width.
- Ownership of Primary & Secondary sales in the territory.
- Achieve availability, visibility & activation targets by effectively leading the distribution team.
- The candidate should possess good operational knowledge of the Modern format.
- Experience into handling large format retail, key accounts & modern trade.
- Searching of Distributors and new Customers.
- Receive orders from Customers and inform to packing team to dispatch the orders.
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients/Counters.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
Who we are looking for:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1years of experience in field sales for Sales Executive, 3 years for Team lead with team handling and Min 8 Years for Sales Manager with 3 years team handling experience.
- Previous experience in the FMCG segment will be a plus
- Fluency in English
- Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets
Candidates need to travel daily to Ponniammanmedu, Chennai
