Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree is required, post-graduation will be preferred
- Minimum experience of 2 years in distributor/retailer appointment and handling
- Experience of new market development
- Managing entire operations, and marketing activities in assigned territory
- Conducting meetings with customers on daily basis
- Ensuring billing and payment collection from distributors and other channel partners
- Well versed in agricultural and allied business models and markets
- Willing to travel around for 20 days in a month
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Need to have the go-getter attitude for best results
- Ability to identify new product possibilities in markets
- Should know the regional language of assigned area
- Experience in distributor or retailer sales
- Well versed with agricultural markets is must
