Executive - Sales - FMCG (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Identifying & Executing Quality Monster Top Accounts in terms of availability
- Relationship Management with outlets, Sales Team, Distributors
- Execution of 3P Strategy, Display /Merchandising as per Norms, Trade Promos, shelf space etc.
- Support to increase Sell in & Sell out in the stores
- Follow-up plan for servicing account - No OOS, Merchandising etc.
- Increase visibility of Monster brand in stores vs Competition
- Increase retailer loyalty for Monster through continuous engagement and programs
- Managing sales reporting in terms of numbers, markets updates, competition updates etc.

Job Requirement :
Target Candidate Profile:
- Strong FMCG background preferable in premium products, beverages and energy category
- In the age group {20 - 30} with 4 to 5 years of work experience
- Understand, in depth both methods of distribution Direct & Distributor
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, strategic mind-set to take initiative & ownership of flagship stores to develop Monster business
- Strong communication's skills, including presentation & training ability
- Managed Top stores / Top Beats in the area where they will be managing in future.
- Existing relationships with the trade
- Understanding of Merchandising standard and execution; PoS promotions etc.
