- Launching and expanding the brand at various places.
- Achieve weekly & monthly, Primary & Secondary sales targets.
- Expand business volume by appointing new distributors along with maintaining existing distributors.
- To increase the sales volume in the given territory and product availability at all relevant channels through the distributors
- Help Distributors to manage business profitably & monitor the progress.
- Ensure the proper & correct execution of sales & trading terms determined by the company.
- Plan & implement Distribution Infrastructure for market coverage.
- Efficient stock management at distributors point.
- Accurate & timely reports on Market Intelligence: competitor's activity, price changes and promotional support.
