Executive - Sales - FMCG (1-2 yrs)
Job brief :
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new/Existing sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling or personal visits
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English/Hindi & Local Language
- Should be able to understand technology / Mobile App- s
- Thorough understanding of market - FMCG Sectors and retail
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
1) Executive in a FMCG brand / Distributor / FMCG e-commerce companies
2) Has through knowledge of respective geographies - local areas in respective towns
3) Open minded - open to new ways of working, new solutions to existing problems and new perspectives to traditional sales roles
4) Should possess singular focused vision, receive and execute instructions and demonstrate high degree of personal discipline to hold self and others accountable.
5) Should demonstrate personal etiquette, hygiene and punctuality - all essential traits for a sales officer
6) Two wheeler is a must.
