Executive - Sales - Flexible Packaging Segment - Manufacturing Firm (4-5 yrs)

Our client a reputed company with International existence requires sales personnel for promotion of Accessories in the flexible packaging segment.

Position: Executive Sales

Locations : Delhi (To cover complete North) and Hyderabad (To cover complete South)

Salary offered: 4 to 5 Lakhs per annum (Subject to relevant experience and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities :

- Projects sales targets and works out strategies to achieve the same

- Networks with industry associates and otherwise keeps abreast with the latest industry trends, market developments, competitor information, leads, new projects and expansion plans of existing players

- Maintains relationships with existing clients and new prospects by providing technical information, support and guidance

- Gains a clear understanding of customers' requirements, records the enquiry in prescribed format and prepares quotation for appropriate equipment

- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarising sales related information.

- Represents the company at regional trade exhibitions, conventions, customer meets, events, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, (Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical)

Other Skills :

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in accessories/solutions providing

- Person with a service background with a flair for sales may also apply

- Candidates should have relevant experience in the printing / flexible packaging industry

- Excellent command over English language (both written as well as spoken)

- Prior experience of working in an ERP environment

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to establish and maintain client relationships

- Energetic in prospecting skills

- Ability to collate data and report systematically to management

- Good knowledge of MS office tools, including good working knowledge of power point

- Willingness to travel for sales visits (15 days in a month)
