Our client is a Boom lift and Scissor lift rental company based out of Mumbai, India. It was started in 2013 with a vision to be India's Most Reputed and Preferred Boom lift Rental Company with focus on increasing Safety Standards on a job site. They are merger of two companies which are 30 years old with a combined fleet of over 125 cranes and having presence across most parts of India with an employee strength of 180 employees including the operators.

Position Title : Sales Executive

Qualifications : Any Graduate

Experience : 3+ Years

Location : Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct personal visits to prospective clients' locations to establish rapport, understand their needs, and offer personalized solutions.

- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Negotiate terms and close deals in accordance with company objectives and revenue targets.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports on sales performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.

Skills Set :

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the service industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to conduct personal visits and travel to client locations as required.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
