- Our client's legacy goes back to around 40 years when in the year 1984 they first entered into retail business of diversified items i.e. Iron & Steel, Hardware and Electrical goods.

- Having established in the trade and with the zeal for expansion and growth, in the year 1988 they entered into Steel Trading business and when the sales started picking up, in the year 1990 they got associated with Steel Authority of India Ltd., (SAIL) and subsequently in the year 1996 with Tata Steel Ltd.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

Ideal Candidate :

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
