Executive - Sales - EduTech (3-4 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging sales professional to drive the adoption of our innovative EdTech products across India. This individual will play a crucial role in executing sales strategies, closing deals, and hitting sales targets. Your role will involve working closely with clients and prospects to introduce the products and push sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and identify new markets.

2. Interacting with potential customers - through emails, calls, or face-to-face - to introduce the company's products.

3. Demonstrating and presenting products to potential customers.

4. Maintaining accurate sales records, and customer records, and providing periodic sales reports.

5. Generating, qualifying, and closing sales leads.

6. Achieving predetermined sales targets and growth goals.

7. Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.

8. Regularly updating job knowledge and learning about new products and competitors.

9. Participating in sales meetings, sales workshops, and promotional events.

10. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.

Skills & Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.

2. Relevant previous experience in sales, particularly in the Ed-Tech industry is highly preferred.

3. Proficiency in English.

4. Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.

5. Self-motivated and performance-driven; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

6. Ability to effectively manage time and plan strategic sales tactics.

7. Good networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

8. Willingness to travel to meet clients
