Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 INR per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their career intelligence and training requirements.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about MentorMe's career intelligence and training services.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings to clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Expense Management:
- Document and report expenses incurred during business activities.
- Ensure adherence to expense policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required graduation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the career intelligence and training industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Telangana region's business landscape.
