Job Title: Telephonic Sales Executive - Edtech

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Telephonic Sales Executive to drive sales of our online courses through effective communication and persuasion over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the edtech industry, and possess excellent communication skills to engage with potential customers.

Responsibilities :

- Proactively reach out to prospective customers via telephone to promote and sell our online courses.

- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to match their requirements.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our course offerings, pricing structures, and value propositions.

- Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the edtech industry OR 2+ years of experience in any sales role.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
