We are looking for a Female Candidate for Academic Counsellor,Business Development Associate & PR roles, who is entrepreneurial in nature, who loves developing robust business alliances, relationships & is passionate about the Music Production, Sound Engineering, Events & DJ'ing Industry.

- Generating leads & prompt responsiveness.

- Initiating meetings with the right set of clients by engaging with them through calls/emails.

- Responsible for the end to end sales process, which includes - connecting clients through calls/emails, F2F meetings with clients, pitching, and negotiating & account management.

- A field driven/direct sales role, where you will be meeting with the decision makers.

- Consult with clients, understand their requirements and architect the perfect solution for them.

- Relationship building & effect Social Networking skills.

- Follow up on sales/product inquires over chat, phone and e-mail.

- Prepare and maintaining reports and performing an analysis.

Grow and nurture customer relationships in every interaction.

Experience:

- 1- 3 years of experience in a direct sales role.

- Prior B2C & B2B sales is preferably into Academics/Institutes.

- Excellent communication & articulating skills.

- Good understanding of how technology product works.

- Rapport building with people at a senior level.

- The tenacity to overrule objections and thrive on rejection.

- Self-motivated, desire to do/be better every day to contribute at his/her highest potential.

Education:

- Graduate

- MBA in Marketing Major (Good To have)

Female Candidate Preferred

Age: 22-28yrs

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required)

- Fluency in Kannada (Good To have Not a Mandatory Attribute)
