The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Communicate membership value and benefits to current and prospective members via our email/tele-conference and web communications.

- Develop and implement member recruitment campaigns.

- Process membership applications; manage membership recruitment and program benefits.

- Ensure that data about our members is accurate and up to date, using CRM

- Must also be able to generate revenue for the company and create value addition by building brand reputation.

- Capturing accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

- Orient new members

- Engage staff and board in member recruitment and retention.

- Coordinate & Develop member service programs including relationship building and contracting with members.

- Develop and maintain all office/electronic files and systems associated with membership.

- Actively participate in crafting membership development strategy, peers and do research to identify best practices and engaging in program planning with leadership.

- Serve as the central point of contact for members; respond to general inquiries.

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required : 

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Support or Telesales role, ideally within the Education industry.

- Experience covering Financial Services is strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
