Requirement details:

- MBA freshers Can Apply | Graduate with 1-year field Sales Experienced can apply

- Excellent English Written and Verbal skills

- Experience in MS Office operations viz. Excel, PowerPoint

- Location: Mumbai -Powai

- Salary offered: 30,000 - 45,000 Rs

Note: Candidate's with Education Sales experience is preferable

Main duties and responsibilities :

- Regular student contact & support whilst maintaining full updates on the tracking sheet and on the CRM.

- Servicing & supporting the agent network. Developing a strong working relationship with the counselors through a friendly yet professional approach.

- Provide updated information to students & agents on course, start dates, forms to be filled, advise on visa documents, etc, and assist students and agents with the application, CAS, and visa processes.

- To develop and performance manage the University's agent network in markets. This includes selecting and training new agents and maintaining strong relationships with the existing network to drive international recruitment.

- To provide high-quality market intelligence, expert knowledge, and data to inform the development of regional and market strategies, and to identify new business opportunities.

- To monitor performance in each market, adjusting recruitment plans according to performance, new opportunities, and external trends. This includes regularly evaluating the outcomes of recruitment activities and market trends.

- To organize and host visits from overseas contacts to the office.

- Travelling across your respective regions / Willingness to travel extensively/ Regular travel across the country

- To establish and maintain strong relationships with key influencers in the recruitment process.

- Manage, monitor, and support students and agents by:

1. Regular product updates

2. Provide support with the processing of applications and any other support from time to time

- Ensure Company reputation is maintained at all times.
