Executive - Sales - Education (0-1 yrs)
Job description :
- We looking for a Franchise Sales Executive who will be responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of the Company and offering continuous support to franchisees to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and recruit new franchise partners across Chennai.
- Conduct extensive market research to identify growth opportunities and evaluate prospects financial capabilities.
- Present and promote the franchise opportunity to potential partners through presentations, meetings, and calls.
- Manage the entire sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and agreement signing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing support and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the franchising industry.
- Cold callings and generate the leads from the data
- Visits prospects to explain advantages of franchised business, services to be rendered, costs, location, and financial arrangements.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Ability to handle and priorities multiple tasks and work independently.
