Executive - Sales - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)

- Research & Onboard quality Vendors across categories.

- Liaise with vendors on a daily basis for Deals, deliveries, dispatches, complaint resolution, returns management, dispute resolution, address vendor queries & doubts.

- Other responsibility related to listing.Managing vendor payment cycles & seeing to it that the settlement goes to accounts well on time.

- Keep a healthy funnel of vendors in the pipeline as per targets shared by the Mktg. team.

- Provide weekly / monthly review & performance reports to the management team.

- Coordinate with internal teams - accounts & mktg to achieve weekly, monthly & yearly targets set by the company.

- Understanding of all online portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

- Listing & Catalogue Management different online portals ( Individual and bulk Listing )

- Product promotion by making our products visible to all

- Returns Management and Claim of our products.

- Responsibility of operations, execution, sales on all e-commerce and our own website too.

- Listing updating of products on all websites in such a manner that is will improve Company brand presence, visibility which turns out in to sales.

- Inventory Management along with Stock existence updating on frequent basis.

- Comparison of prices and products listing from other competitive websites.

- Monitoring of sales, catalog, promotions, returns, refund, customer issues and update accounts, replacement process Etc.

- Competitive analysis of our competitor products.

- Ensure great customer experience on our listings.

- Assisting management in decision making to the best of your knowledge to promote our company.

- When working in a team you have to assist your juniors to attain proficiency.

- Other responsibility related to listing.
