Role - Ecommerce Executive

Experience - 1-3yr

Location - Haryana,Golf Course Road Gurgaon ( Near DLF 1 )

Budget - 20-25K

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for planning and selling the company's products to all E-Commerce platforms (Amazon Flipkart, Meesho, Shoopee etc.)

- Develop e-commerce sales strategy, forecast sales volumes and manage sales processes for each account to achieve sales goals

- Manage the content creation and listing of products across all marketplaces

- Grow existing e-tailer accounts- businesses and develop new ones

- Amazon FBA Shipments, Advertising & Promotions, Freebies Promotion and Flipkart Promotions

- Managing & reviewing the performance of the team

- Meet the deadlines

- Hiring, Training of E-Commerce Team

- Giving the weekly and monthly reports to the directors.

- Resolving the customer grievances by investigating problems, developing the solutions for those problems & giving the suggestions to the management

- Review the competitors and keep track on their pricing

- Maintaining daily sales record of all data

- Managing relationship with the Account Managers of various online portals

- Managing and executing promotional campaigns

- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps

- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
