Job Description :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our digital marketing company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and achieving revenue growth targets. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive digital marketing solutions and services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing & sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities :

- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their digital marketing needs and presenting tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and effectiveness of our digital marketing services.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing services.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue growth in the digital marketing domain

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding of clients and deliver excellent customer service.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition in digital marketing.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas for improvement in the digital marketing segment.

- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-study, with a specific focus on digital marketing strategies and tactics.

- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand professional network and generate leads for digital marketing services.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring a positive customer experience with our digital marketing solutions. Sales Executive JD Requirements:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in the digital marketing domain.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of digital marketing services.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers in digital marketing.

- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and result-oriented approach to sales in the digital marketing field.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their digital marketing goals and delivering tailored solutions.

- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including various channels, strategies, and tools.

- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in the context of digital marketing sales.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams in the digital marketing department.

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
