Executive - Sales - Diagnostics (0-5 yrs)

Position Overview :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our healthcare diagnostics company. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of diagnostic lab tests to healthcare providers and medical facilities.


- Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of healthcare diagnostics.

Responsibilities :

Sales and Business Development:

- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or client base.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue growth.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for product expansion.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, laboratory directors, and hospital administrators.

- Understand client needs and provide effective solutions by presenting the benefits of our diagnostic lab tests.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products.

- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

-Ensure high client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Product Knowledge and Training:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare diagnostics and industry trends.

- Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including the technical specifications, performance characteristics, and clinical relevance of each test.

- Conduct product training sessions for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding and utilization of our diagnostic lab tests.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to monitor progress towards targets.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare diagnostics, including lab tests, pathology, and clinical laboratory procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to understand technical product information and effectively communicate it to diverse audiences.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
